With over 10 years of expertise in HR and Operations, Harriet is a results-focused leader who delivers on talent acquisition, retention and motivation solutions that help companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people. Harriet holds a Masters degree in Humanities and Social Science, a 1st Class Post graduate diploma in Human Resource management, a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management and Secretarial Studies, and various Certificates in People Management Skills, Finance Management, Advanced Leadership Skills, Occupational Health and Safety, Performance Management, Payroll and Compensation Management, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, among others.
Harriet previously worked with Voluntary Services overseas, Silent Voices Uganda, Uganda Bureau of Statistics, Electoral Commission and serviced consultancies with various Vocational Institutions including Daniel Comboni, Nile Vocational, several NGOs, among other clients. Werner Koekemoer – Consultant
Werner Koekemoer was responsible for the computerization of the National Taxi permit system at Department of Transport, South Africa. He was appointed Project Manager of the Driving License Project overseeing the deployment of the driving license system. He was also responsible for the introduction of biometric capturing technology. He was Project Manager for the conversion of the legacy Motor Vehicle Licensing and Registration System to the state-of-the-art National Traffic Information System (eNaTIS). He was Chairman of the SABS standards committee that developed the international (ISO) Driving License Standard.

Carolyn Idusso
A Commonwealth and Ford Foundation Fellow, Carolyn has 14-years hands-on practical experience in programme management, resource mobilization, Monitoring and Evaluation, Knowledge Management, partnerships engagement, Gender and Communications for Development in the United Nations, Private Sector and international multicultural development and humanitarian organizations in Africa and Europe. Her work focuses on project management and empowering communities to take responsibility for their own welfare, enhance their resilience and self-reliance through capacity building, community partnering and advocacy to influence policy and practice, and systems strengthening through action research. Carolyn also has experience working in the agriculture, health, transport, education, water and environment, and livelihoods sectors. Carolyn volunteered with the United States of America as a Ugandan Youth Ambassador to Washington, DC, and has a Master’s degree in Health Care Policy and Management from the University of Birmingham (UK), and a First-class Honors undergraduate degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University Kampala.

Johan Vorster
Johan Vorster holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria. Johan has 32 years’ experience in the industrial engineering and information technology industry and has been in charge of several large-scale complex projects. Amongst others he was Project Director for the South African Driving License Card project for a period of 17 years for the production of 30 million cards. He was Project Director of the National Traffic Information System Project, Designing, Building, Deploying and Supporting the full system in more than 1,300 sites countrywide.

Eunice Rukundo
Eunice has more than 10 years of experience in media and communication. She started out in mainstream media as a journalist and editor before segueing into media consultancy, training and Communications. In her career, she has worked with NMG, ACME, Forum for Women in Democracy and consulted for other NGOs on various projects. Eunice holds an M.A in Digital media, Culture, and Education from the University of London; an M.A in International Relations from Liverpool John Moores University - UK; a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Uganda Management Institute (UMI) – Kampala; and a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication from Makerere University Kampala. She is also a certified Media Viability Consultant.
