With over 10 years of expertise in HR and Operations, Harriet is a results-focused leader who delivers on talent acquisition, retention and motivation solutions that help companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people. She is dedicated to creating robust corporate cultures that promote continuous business growth and cultivate customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best to the job.

Harriet holds a Masters degree in Humanities and Social Science, a 1^st Class Post graduate diploma in Human Resource management, a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management and Secretarial Studies, and various Certificates in People Management Skills, Finance Management, Advanced Leadership Skills, Occupational Health and Safety, Performance Management, Payroll and Compensation Management, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, among others. 

Harriet previously worked with Voluntary Services overseas, Silent Voices Uganda, Uganda Bureau of Statistics, Electoral Commission and serviced consultancies with various Vocational Institutions including Daniel Comboni, Nile Vocational, several NGOs, among other clients. Harriet’s core competences are in talent acquisition, talent management, employee/Labour Relations, Training and Development, Performance Management and Total rewards.
