In November 2021, Ministry of Works, and Transport (MoWT) officially took over the mandate of Motor Vehicle Registration and Inspection from the Uganda Revenue Authority. The transfer of the function to the MoWT is to ensure complete road traffic management in the country while strengthening accountability for quality, efficient and effective registration, and licensing of road traffic assets in the country.
To fulfil this mandate, Ministry of Works and Transport contracted TisCon Consultancy an experienced and dynamic pan-African information technology solutions provider and business management support to provide consultancy services for the functional design and supervision of the Motor Vehicle Registration Project. As such, we are seeking to fill the position of Senior Customer Care Officer with a qualified candidate to support delivery of the Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) Project.
Senior Customer Care Officer: 1 Position
Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing and implementing customer centered processes and procedures to ensure that MVR project customers and stakeholders have a positive experience with the project services. This includes communicating customer service objectives, coordinating with project management to find ways to enhance customer experience.
